Freshwater stuff

Hey guys I am going to give my 37 gal tank to my Brother-in-law as a housewarming gift. I'm going to set it up for freshwater so i am need of a few things you might have sitting around collecting dust.

I need:
light - any kind that will fit a 30in tank. For a freshwater community no live plants just fish.
gravel - any kind would be nice if its all the same but might be able to make anything work.
Air equipment - ait pump, line, stones and fittings.
gravel Vac
Decorations/fake plants of any kind.
