So now that I have sold my 90 gallon and moved the 29 gallon biocube to the house I want to drill the tank and add a sump so that I can hook up a skimmer and dual reactor. I was wondering if there are any concerns with running a large skimmer on a 29 gallon tank. I kept my reef octopus skimmer to use but was wondering what would happen if I went bigger. For example, what if you put a skimmer rated for a 200 gallon tank on a 29 gallon. Would it be too much? Just wondering. Please let me know your input. Thanks.
