Does anyone have a dremel ot any tool that can cut plastic easily?

I need to trim about a 1/4 inch off the handle on both sides of my InTank media basket that hangs over the sides.

Let me know.

Thx

For straight cuts I prefer a table saw or circular saw. Rotary tools walk all over the place without a straight edge. It also gets hot and melts into the bit.

True but I'm only talking about a 4 inch cut on both sides. As long as the tool cuts plastic quickly I think it will glide right through it without the melting and rough edge issue.
