I have used these for about 6 months, whites at about 20%, blues about 60%.

That's what I have. Had to raise them up and cut back the light cycle to help with algae( not all due to the lights )

How was the growth using those lights

I have the same lights on a 20 gallon long. I keep them at 75% on both channels (started at 25% and slowly ramped up over 2 months). All my zoas and SPS are very happy and growing fast. $85 is a great price. I paid $125 for mine.

I have 4 of a very similar light on my 210 and everything seems quite happy, including 3 clams on the bottom. My model, and presumably these, can be modded pretty easily to work with an RKE controller+ALC. I have a friend who is going to mod mine for me. Much happier with these guys than the previous white/blue only ones.
