Allied plastics and regal plastics is where most ppl get theirs from.

check their scraps section first( $1 per lbs),its alot cheaper than order to size.

Yep, check their scraps first. Allied tends to be cheaper for new stock. Also, you probably don't want to use Plexiglass, that's a name brand and not what most people use. Anything under 1/4" is typically extruded acrylic and over that is cell cast acrylic.

Stay away from Chemcast. Only use the following for sumps:

AcryliteFF (my favorite)
Plexiglas MC (extruded)
Plexiglas PMACS (Pmax) - lower grade Cell Cast but better than Chemcast
Optix

For Display:
Only use either PlexiG or AcryliteGP

Chemcast has been known to separate at the seams with no warning. Not really suitable for aquarium building IME/O
