thanks, this has been the closest to MH in any led fixture I've seen, super clean look and lots of power, 95w per foot

How long have you had it? What was the max % you had your lights at.

lil over a year 80 on blues, 50 on whites, also if you read up on vertex lights they under drive their lights as it's only extra wear and tear and not as much "power" diff

How well would this do on a 6' tank? 😏

they actually recommend to go one foot shorter on fixture than tank length. so 6 foot would be stretching it a lil but if your laid rock out in 5 foot area may be ok. do it Ben!!

Should of just slapped that baby on the nuvo!

Go big or go home! Lol

Jk

Nice fixture and yes the closest led fixture i've seen to replicate metal halides. Not much disco effect, just a clean bright light.

How's the spread? I have a 5 ft tank but it has a center brace you think this will work for a 180 gal?

I had this on a 150 with big center brace, 60x24x24 it was perfect. tank was mostly Sps, the sane if not better growth and color than my mh fixture it replaced(2x 250w, 4x 54w t5)
