Just wondering can you put copper in your main tank to treat ick in the tank

I don't think corals and inverts do well with copper, hopefully someone with more experience will chime in

No to copper. It will kill all your invertebrates and coral

Quarantine tank for copper treatment,or leave in DT and feed well

Copper bad raise temp slightly and feed more. I know that's taboo but has always worked for me

Test copper levels daily as well. And don't use in main tank as it's not good for invertebrates etc. Leaches into rock and silicone as well. Good luck w the tang. Quarantines best suited
