Awhile ago people were passing around an aptasia eating file fish I was just wondering if someone could let me borrow or trade for it. Got a little bit of aptasia I'm tryin to get rid of.

You might be better off with some peppermint shrimp, although neither are for sure reef safe. Copperband butterfly's are cool, but same can be said for them. Anything in the tank eat shrimp? Peps might be the way to go if not.

I had to put a TON of peps in my 185 (like 75-100) back in the day when it was full of aiptasia. They were wild caught from Port A. They ate all the aiptasia eventually but I had to kill really big one's by hand. How big is your tank?

Yeah, it'll probably take a lot of them. I drove down to Port A for a night and my friend and I went collecting at dark. It took us probably about 2 hours to catch 100+ on the jetty. It was well worth it considering how much they cost in a store.

It's the jetty in Port Aransas. If you can hold off, there's a collection trip in July. Also, there's some MAAST people in that area that may be willing to lend a hand.

I have good luck going by a friends advise. Go out to the second set of cracked rocks. There are quit a few out there.
180gal + 30gal sump with an awesome wave.
