I picked up some lights, T5s, and they have 4 settings. Should I cycle through all 4 and completely turn them off at night or should only use the 4 settings? Its something like dawn to midnight.

Actinic on 8-12 hours

Daylights on from 4-8 hours..

All depends on you and your schedule..

Well then like i said on the 2nd post....

Get 2 more timers and leave the moonlights on as long as you would like throughout the night time. I leave mine on for only 3 hours..
