I use that one at home. The cold water side that goes to my washer. Then my black line just goes into the waste hole that the washer uses.

yes the last two pics. want the plastic one but was wondering why i cant use the brass if the water hose *****et is brass and the house has copper lines.

According to Buckeye Hydro's website the plastic ones tend to crack frequently

Why are we so concerned about brass fittings in our tank but not the fittings for our ro units?
Does the filters, filter whatever out?
Weird and has me thinking.... Even the faucet is brass leading to the RO unit..

I don't see why you cannot use braes fitting for the feed to your rodi. Your water lines in your house are brass including the lines going to where you are hooking up to.

Yes, brass/copper before the membrane and DI is fine.

That's what I use and I haven't had an issue. I looked it up as well and couldn't find anyone else reporting issues.
