So assuming you have ICH? How bad? Are your fish still eating? Try soaking your food in a little garlic juice. There is a good discussion on ICH in the emergency section. Not sure how good or reliable these ICH products are. Our suggestion, assuming your fish are still eating is to feed them several times a day, while you figure out what is stressing them. Just like in people, stress causes their immune system to weaken, leaving them susceptible to ICH outbreaks. Water quality, temp swings, bullies can all stress them out. Just keep them eating, remove the stress, and hopefully they will kick the ICH on their own. HTH

And if you can afford it throw a uv sterilizer on your tank. That will kill them when they release off your fish.

It's not bad just my powder blue. All my other fish are fine. I've used ich kick and worked for me in the past vs hyposalinity and copper treatment. All their food is soaked in garlic but ich kick was good last time. It won't get rid of ich but won't let the tomites float and stick to host

I got a Kent Marine Garlic Xtreme if you want to borrow it, but fresh garlic juice would work the same.

At HEB, you can buy garlic juice in the spice aisle for about $4. Much cheaper.
