Bulk reef supply has them individually for a pretty decent price. I don't think I'd trust a used one.

We still have the ones (2 dosing pumps) in the garage that we bought from another MAASTARD 1-2 yrs ago. Came with all these BRS chemicals and bottles and such. We never got around to messing with it after the tank crash. If interested I will talk to Kristy and see if we ever intend to use them or can part with them. Don't remember what we paid for it all, I think $100 or so. Let me know.
