no indicator light on ai vega lights

Hello,

My AI Vega lights have no indicator light on, when I power , some led's come up, but is not really powering on...
The indicator light has no light, and it should be green or red.
Can you help me?

Nothing happens! I bought it at Elegant Reef, hopefully they can help me there... or point me to the right direction...

Send a message to ai support through their website. They responded to my request on a Friday night with a response by Saturday morning and a replacement part was sent on Monday. Best customer service in the industry hands down.

I had an issue similar. I had to reset the light and it has worked flawlessly since.

Like Tony said, all I had to do was u plug the unit and hold the button once I powered it back up.

Yes, their CS is top notch. It may be an easy fix, but they will stand behind the product if it isn't a quick fix too

I'd return it to Elegant Reef if you just bought it and have it exchanged. Less of a hassle on your part.
