ICECAP Reef Illuminations MH + T5 Light Fixture. $120 There is something wrong with the Halide ballasts. They will come on about an hour or two after they are supposed to come on. Once they come on they will stay on. A ballast swap should fix the problem. T5's and LED's work perfectly. Fans are also working and silent.
