I'm setting up a fowlr 60 cube,Im looking for filtration options.i know a wet dry is best but if I can't do that I'm looking for other ideas. The tank is going between two couches in the living room . The tank with the two couches will form at 90degree angle or an L shape. Less clutter, cords,is my goal.

For saltwater a wet dry is not your best option. Is your tank drilled? Most people use a fuge/sump set up. We do have a canister filter on our small tank, but really are only using it like a media reactor. I have done small quarantine set ups with a penguin style filter, but for a medium sized tank, that is probably not sufficient. Of course, as long as you do frequent regular water changes, you can get by with less filtration. The live rock in the tank acts as a natural filter too. HTH
