The time has come to upgrade my current tank from a 20g tall to a 40g breeder. But I need some help deciding between 2 lights. Tell me which one you would pick and why please.
Choice 1: A lot of people use these on MAAST.

Choice 2: I like the idea of a full spectrum light but is there any real benefit to this one over the blue and white only?
