I LOVE my Aquamaxx HOB-1 skimmer. A few weeks ago, the pump started making some obnoxious noises though. I cleaned the pump and nothing helped. It still worked, just was very noisy. I emailed Aquamaxx and asked them if they had any suggestions. All of their suggestions I had already tried so they said to contact who I got it from for warrantee claims but offered to help get in touch with them if I had issues. Well, I procrastinated and hadn't emailed the vendor I bought it from. Today, I notice a package on my doorstep. It's from Aquamaxx and it's a replacement pump! Like I said, I never contacted who I bought it from but I guess they did on my behalf and got my address to send a replacement pump! That's really amazing service. I already loved the skimmer but now I'll be buying Aquamaxx every change I get! Very impressed!
