Syringe or baster, turn pumps off, use reef roids... thats how I feed mine.

Honestly, water changes and fish poop! They don't get reef roids or any other type of lab made coral food in the wild. I stopped wasting my money months ago and actually noticed WAY more growth!

I also just use fish poo. :) I occasionally will use fuel jut because I have it but not regularly and I'm not even sure it helps zoas anyway.

Mine look much happier when I feed the tank... I feed LRS frozen Reef Frenzy and a coup cubes of PE Mysis every other day. But if I go 2-3 days without feeding my Z and P look 'droopy'. But they perk up after I feed.

I don't have many fish so I do feed all of my corals. I use phytoplankton. I have good growth in both tanks but have always fed phyto so I can't honestly say whether feeding the zoas is actually beneficial or not but I can safely say it doesn't hurt.
