Heading to austin to go look at some fish stores. Anyone know of any must sees in Austin?

Yes, aquadome is a must. It's convenient too since it's on the south side of town and only about 5 minutes from ih35. They get in all sorts of hard to find wrasses and their lps selection is great and the prices are reasonable too.

I concur on the dome. Also look into Rivercity Aquatics. Small but great prices. Fishy business has some nice top end fish and coral. Go by there to atleast "window shop".

+1 for the dome, crazy nice corals, usually crazy low prices, got some of my best stuff there. like someone else said, i'm lucky they're not closer. i also usually hit aquatek (kinda pricy), river city and try to get to Austin Aqua Farms, although they've never been open during their posted hours of operation, and i've tried at least 5 times. The hours are saturday 1-4, i think. everywhere has been hit or miss, but the dome consistently delivers a huge selection of stuff you just don't see elsewhere, at an awesome price. You can get a colony of awesome for the price of a frag of nice from somewhere else.

Trip was a success picked up a few coral and a couple of fish. Best prices were at AquaFarm. Here are a few shots of some of the things we picked up. Also pic of the yellow tang in the big tank for the first time. Picked up a coral beauty and melanrus wrasse from Aquadome.
