Ich Treatment?

So whats the best Ich Treatment remedy out there? Seems that between cyno and now ich, its one thing after another...... :(

I had a bad outbreak with my three tangs this summer. I just fed heavily with food soaked garlic. I didn't loose any fish, and haven't had any issues since. One of the tangs is a powder brown, one of the worst fish for ich. HTH.

I guess I should say food soaked in garlic, not the other way around... Reads like I fed them garlic with some food.
