help resealing tank

I NEED to reseal my tank asap. It's been out of comission for a while. I don't know what I am doing. I tried once and it was a mess:thumbs_down:. I will pay someone to help me.
I am using black silicone and the tank is 36x24x28.
Please let me know if anyone is willing to help.
I live in the Bandera/1604 area.
