Can anyone ID what type of pipefish is in the first picture. And what in the world is the neat little creature in the second picture?

The one in the top pic looks almost like a pipefish.

The top one is a small pipefish. What type? It has a very short snout.

I would say it's a Red Sea Spider.

Sea spider predation or parasitism is a potential threat to all corals, soft corals, and sea anemones that are kept in aquarium. I would definitely get rid of him ASAP!
