home made fish trap??

I've heard you can make a fish trap from a pepsi bottle but how and how do i keep it on the bottom. I need one to catch a dottyback and a goldenhead sleeper sand sifter .

Cut off the top, invert into body of bottle.Put some food into body of bottle.....fish will swim in but can't figure out how to get back out
