Hey guys, I just bought a candy cane with seven heads and I was wondering what the best placement for it is? Right now I have it mid tank with mid flow and I have the fluval marine LEDs.... When I first brought it home, I acclimated it with the actinic lights only and it looked great, the day after with both lights not so much.... Thanks for Any input

It's recommended moderate lighting with medium flow. IME they do well anywhere from medium to bottom.

I've noticed that mine grow like mad with more light, but they don't care for a lot of flow.

When I was selling candy canes at the LFS they did the best in my sump under T5HO? They also did very well in MH , but some of my angels liked the taste. If your water is too clean you may have to feed?

I have mine at bottom but I have had mine a little under half and it did just fine.
For me I noticed the most difference when it is in high flow or not...the higher the flow the worse it got.
