Those are Sunsun UV sterilizers, I've used/use their powerheads, filters etc... good value for the money. I also have the 18w UV version but its not enough. With my flow I need at least a 36 but want to step to a 55w just to make sure its powerful enough to kill ich flowing through it.

I can not find the µW/cm2 per gallon to calculate what GPH I need to flow through it, did you find this info? Also, how is it working for you and what did you get it for?

When I ran UV in the last century things I had to deal with; lamps need to be changed every six months, need to run them on a GFCI because if the seal starts leaking you can add current to your tank at a very dangerous level, the flow needs to be slow enough, and you will be killing beneficial animals also. I have not used one in 10+ years, its one of those items that some love them and some (like me) can do without unless I had a pond. For $82 definitely a great price.
