Nuvo 16 lighting?

I have a friend with a nuvo 16 and she wants more blue and better growth in her tank. She wants LEDs cuz she likes how they look and make the colors pop. I'm at a loss as to which LEDs would be a good for. Any thoughts?

I have the Skyy Lights on my Nuvo 16...They work good overall. Came as a package deal. Normally around $100 for each light. I'm running 2 of them.
