green june scarab beetle

found this little guy in the front yard this morning. unfortunately, the camera just doesn't pick up the metallic shine correctly.

Nice! Didn't know you were into entomology. I personally collect species from Lepidoptera. I took an entomology class at UIW before I graduated with my biology degree.
