RO/DI question

I have had my unit for a while hooked up but not used in about 2 years. It still has water in all chambers. I replaced all cartridges 2 months before I stopped using it 2 years ago. Main question is are the cartridges still good? If so should I flush 10+ gallons?

I would run some water through it, a few gallons maybe, the check the TDS. I had one that sat for over a year and was still good.

i would open them all up and check them for algae, especially the di resin.

After two year? Yuck! Toss them all, including the membrane. DON'T drink water coming out of the system. Sanitize the system before you install new filters!
