Water holding system

I am creating a water holding system with two Rubbermaid plastic totes (the actual brand are the HDX black and yellow storage containers, 27 gal.). The thing im wondering is, it will be in the garage a subject to heat, do I need to worry about the plastic leaching anything into the "made" water?

make sure any plastic bins you use are food grade so nothing is leached back into water.
