Can I get some suggestions, where is the cheapest place to buy saltwater in S.A.?
I went to Aquatic Adventures and they charged $1.50 a gallon...ouch!

TX Tropical has it for $1 a gallon. It would be alot cheaper if you make it yourself ,especialy if you using a lot of it.The initial investment for a RO/DI system is seem high, but it a great investment.

i agree, the best investment I have done in the sw hobby, is get an ro/di system and storage tank
now i have seen some of these non-manned ice places pop up and they sale water for .99 for 5 gallons dont know how good it is

Spend the money, get an rodi. Then you never have to wonder what might be in the water you are using in your tank.

guess i'll just chime in with everyone else. You can get an rodi from one of the sponsors here for about $100, add float valve and brute trash can, and you've always got water with MINIMAL effort....WAY cheaper (and less time consuming) than driving to a shop.

Where I live and the price of diesel it would cost me $8 + the cost of water

I always drive to the LFS for premixed but perhaps I should invest in an RO system. Don't they have to be installed at a sink location? Can someone post a pic of theirs?

You can install it to a *****ett line with the correct attatchment. I would post a pic of mine under the sink but my sink is MESSY right now.
