Acan dominate tank

What can acans be placed next to that won't kill them. I know chalices and war coral, but what else.

I've had zoas next to mine.

As a general rule of thumb you do not want corals touching each other, so make sure that they have some room to grow and you should be fine

make sure not to place next to acan echinata's though.... They will not get along well...

just to clarify, chalices like to eat acans, not sure who would win between acans and war coral tho.

generally the uglier corals will win out, so a war coral would be my guess

i beg to differ on a war beating a chalice. Neil had a chalice destroy half of his war coral. im planning on having some lobos and some waso's and a few zoas/palys but mostly im liking acans oh and a chalice or two but will place them more at the end of my tank so the current keeps the stingers on the glass and not on my corals

as big as you want it to grow. theres no exact answer, some corals will do good and others wont you never know.

right now i have about 6 heads of green button palys, some gsp, a big chunk of antheilla, 3 heads of a branching hammer, a superman shroom, a red shroom, and a green and purple shroom, some unknown trash palys, 2 hollywood stunner chalices, a warcoral with 4 eyes, a frag of radioactive dragon eyes and one head of some acans. I want more acans, some bam bam's, fire and ice, captian american, aog, gow, rastas, watermelon, and other zoas, a few lobos, faviates, wesos's and a wall hammer or two . then after a year a bta.
