i hate all gfo! lol but the least messy and good absorption has been rowaphos, brs high capacity is awesome but breaks up makes a mess

Thought so. I've been looking into Rowaphos because of reviews, used brs high capacity in past and found that no matter how I ran it, it always slowed to a trickle in less than a week...

I chose the FaunaMarin Gfo after lookin at reviews on it. Haven't put it in a reactor yet, but will hopefully get off my rear and get my Mr1 set up with it. Got it from BRS. http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/fauna-marin-ultra-phos-0-04-phosphate-remover.html

Agree, I've used brs and others, but rowaphos is clean and stays in your reactor.
