I know I haven't posted in awhile, but wanted to give everyone an update since I started my 135 last June. I was having a problem with tank overflow and that issue has since been resolved, just to refresh some memories. After the "cycle" I added a Niger Trigger to see how he would do. After a couple weeks, I added a very pretty butterfly fish. He really enjoyed swimming all over that tank ! A couple weeks later I added a porcupine puffer and a snowflake eel. About a week later I got a lionfish. 2 days after adding the lionfish the butterfly was dead. I suspect the lionfish got him as the butterfly was chasing the lionfish all over the tank. The lionfish probably got tired of that and stung him. I checked salinity, nitrates, nitrites, ph, and ammonia. All was in check. I haven't added anything since, but all the others seem to get along and the snowflake eel is becoming a pig and eating every night and growing. I am very happy so far. If I can find another butterfly, I'll put him in my 55 gallon tank with my other fish I know he'll get along with. Thanks....
