2 dual t-5 setups.

I got 2 glo dual t-5s and I'm wanting better color from my corals. I got 2 48in antic blue bulbs and 2 white bulbs, one is 32in and the other is 20in. Is there a way to get one hood for all of them. I know I can get bigger white bulbs I just need two longer reflectors as well as reflectors for the blue bulbs.

From what you are describing, I wouldn't think you could combine them under one reflector. I think your best bet would be to watch the sale forum for some T5 endcaps and ballasts, or a 6 bulb T5 setup.

I will tell you this. Until I went LED I used an 8 bulb T5 grow light that I purchased off of Ebay for $149 shipped. I did have to replace the bulbs, but I went with the cheapie chinese bulbs. And grew zoas like crazy.

Or another alternative would be to post up on the want to buy forum and let folks know what you are looking for.

The colors might be a little different, as they are with every type of lighting, but under something like Sherita's old 8 bulb system, you should be able to get any coral to grow.

I got 2 48in blue one 32in white and one 20in white. The whites are on one glo unit and the blues are on another.

And while you're at it, what are the glo units rated at? I use to use the glo ballast for 48" 56watt bulbs.

Btw put some superglue gel under your frag plug and hold it in position for a minute. It will fix the falling over problem.
