I have not been able to tell from pictures I have seen, but can you tell me what looks different about this one from the stags I have? Can you tell me what color the coral is and what the polyps are? If it is different and you still have a piece I will take one.

It is similar to a lot of stags. I have the the original baby blue slimer which is bright green with screaming blue tips.

I got to see this one and it is different from mine. A lot more blue on this one.

The pic Ben posted from battlecorals is a good representation.

Is that what it looks like under regular lights? The only reason I am asking is because that picture seems to be under actinics.

It's under led, which I use the blues a bit more liberally than I do the whites... And I'm using a magenta as well. But the iPhone picks up the blue pretty heavy.

Look it up online, that's what it looks like. My pics are primarily for size and shape and to show the encrustation.

Lol, I have a pos, but then I have to download te image, and then upload it. Maybe I can later, but it's too much work for something that would be easier to take to the LFS.

I've a couple $30s still available, going once, going twice....

I'm taking them to the LFS this week sometime.

Also have a single stalk with two branches or so of ORA Stuber, encrusted. $10

One GARF Bonsai, encrusted almost to the edge of the plugs. $10

One (I think) GARF bonsai with three heads of Lime Away zoas growing on the plug that started as an experiment. $20

I would love to have the $10 garf bonsai. Do you happen to know anyone coming to Austin this week? Normally I work nights and could come south during the day, but this week I have I work days.

Hey I'll be back in town tomorrow. You think if I can get it wed morning it would be good for 12--16 hours in the bag?

allan
Mon, 9th Sep 2013, 03:06 PM
12-16 hours in the bag/container wouldn't be a problem, providing that it isn't somewhere hot. You'd pretty much have to keep it by your desk or on you at all times to ensure it doesn't overheat.

I've brought stuff to work and left it on my desk for 8-9 hours, handing it off at COB to someone. They do fine. But if you put it in your car and forget about it, then it wouldn't be a good thing. It would be a No Bueno. I can bag and insulate inside a coffee can to help... but really, you'd want to keep it with you the entire time.

I could take a thermal bag with me and keep it with me at all times then. Text me if you can so we can figure logistics.
