T5's won't stay on

I have a dual bulb T5 system I bought used on MAAST a while back. The ballast says "Glo" on it.

When you plug it in, the lights come on for about 2 seconds and then go out. If you unplug it and then plug in again it does the same thing.

Any thoughts?

I had the same problems with the glo set ups.

Be sure that both are coming on. When one of my bulbs would go out I would have one turn on for a second or two, but the other would not and the ballast would shut down.

It would be nice to trouble shoot those two bulbs against another ballast. Or try two other bulbs on that ballast to ensure its the ballast.

Chances are that if both bulbs are turning on that its your ballast. But if, for those two seconds, one doesn't turn on or is flickering...
