I had a large bubble tip nem that got sucked into an mp40. Water is very cloudy. Did a 30 gallon water change this morning and currently prepping for another 30. Put fresh carbon into a reactor as well. The system is 200 gallons volume. Corals are closed up and it doesn't look good at all. Do anyone have any suggestions for anything else I should do?

If you have a QT separate from your main system, dip the corals and throw them in there, if not, might want to ask somebody local to hold the corals for you.

Thanks Mike and Allan. Got 30 gallons mixing, about 40 set aside and the rodi unit making more. I should be good on water. I knew I kept 100 gallons of water around for some reason..lol.

They are going to have a bunch of crud on them from the nem, if I was going to move them, if for nothing else aside from being thorough, it is worth the time to dip them and make sure they are clean. nems can nuke an entire tank.

Have had this happen as well... Your water changes with skimmer on full blast with the carbon running the tank will be good in a day or so.

Thanks for the offers everyone. Everything looks fine now. Water isn't cloudy and corals have opened back up. :)
