I have a 240g/300g/120g sump combined as one system. Right now I am using four sicce syncra 5's for the setup. I am thinking of using one ReeFlo Hammerhead/Barracuda Gold Hybrid Pump (5555/4680 gph) pump and seperate the pump to 4 different outlets (2 for each tank, they are 3/4" outlets)

Is that possible? Anyone done something similar?

I don't see why not, if the manifold is built correctly.

Should not be to hard, just need to take time to build it.

Ping had a similar set up. Use control valves at each departing line so you can control your individual flow.

you can add two or more smaller ones for reactors too while you at it.

This solves so many things. Right now I have 8 different pumps in my sump. Now I can have two and keep the old pumps for backup emergency

You might want to put a union before the manifold and after the pump so you can easily get your pump off for cleaning. I made that mistake when I built my first manifold.
