i will be starting a shallow cube soon
and i currently have 1 mp 10
i know that a single mp10 wont suffice for the flow i need in the tank
i have done research and a majority of people say that it would be better to get 2x mp 10s
but i just want some more input for the dimensions of my tank
i feel that if i sell the mp10 and get the mp40 i would have many dead spots
and just buying a mp40 and keeping the mp10 is out of the question as it is not in my budget currently
i am going to be stocking with a variety of corals not dominated by a single kind
so what do you think?
also i will be using
2 reefbreeders photon 24 fixtures
i was wondering if anyone has and experience with them
and if so did you lick the "full spectrum" that the fixture offers
i currently am using 2 par38 full spectrum from ledtric and i just love the pop and growth of the corals right now
the reef breeders has
12 4500k NW
2 480nm Blue
26 450nm Royal blue
2 660nm Red
6 410-420 True Violet
i was thinking to keep the current color of my lights i could do
24 450 Royal Blue
4 4500k NW
4 6500k CW
4 420nm True Violet
4 660nm Red
4 520nm Green (because they do not have cyan)
what would be better
LED experts chime in
suggestions on a different led layout would be nice as well
