Do any of you guys know of any products that work well in a reef aquarium for treating ick? If so, what product worked for you the best.

Man, I don't there's much (if anything) you can use in your reef tank for ich. I think you'll have to either set up a hospital tank and treat there, or try to ride it out by feeding high quality food, lower stress and maybe use a cleaner shrimp or wrasse. I think the hospital tank's the best way to go though. There's a number of effective treatments, cupramine, tank transfer, hypo salinity.

Make sure your corals and inverts don't get the medicated food cause I'm not sure but I think it's not safe for them

Mysis soaked in vitamins+ focus factor + metronitozole+ garlic concentrate. Mix it all together and let soak a few hours begore feeding. You won't even need to use copper with this method. There has been a lot of controversy on whether metronitozole is a cure for ich. I am a biologist and my father is a vet and we both agree that from a medical standpoint it does work.
Also a UV sterilizer set to the proper flow will help alot

I keep MARINE-MAX on hand at all times just in case I see any diseases arise in my fish. Since going captive bred only I rarely if ever get anything...but I do have a system that I use in case a customer returns a fish or I buy a fish from someone and I have seen ich a few times in this system.

I have had good results using this product coupled with heavy feeding, water changes, low salinity and a uv. What Chris said is your best bet on no fish in the system and treat your sick in quarantine...but this product sure does help in a pinch. I also use it when I do large water changes or introduce new fish to this system as a preventive measure.

Also... REEF SAFE.
