There are no labels on this setup but I assume it is this:

Looks identical....
It is in pretty decent shape. The bulb (Blueline SPS 20k) is about 12 months old and probably needs to be replaced but is still bright as heck.

Some one needs to jump on this deal. I have 2 of the same fixtures with this ballast and they work great. Mine are 250W's.

I have a ten gallon setup? Rock sand stand heater power head filter and a cheap light I can also throw I'n a frag of something.
