So I got a BTA from Amanda last tuesday and for whatever reason, it's tentacles have been completely deflatled the entire time I've had it. It's firmly attatched, mouth is tight, it ate some shrimp two days ago, but no inflation of the tentacles really. Acclimation was over 2 hours with temp then drip. Any reason why a nem wouldn't inflate? Everything else looks great except for a few of the zoas I got in the trade.

its obviously stressed why is hard to tell you nems are very sensitive and need a stable environment, also there is no reason to feed them. i have never fed any of my anemones and they have always grown fast and been healthy. they get what ever floats to them and plenty of light. maybe by feeding it before it settled in may have stressed it more

Yeah, I'll admit maybe I shouldn't have fed it. I'll update this thread with progress on the guy.
