theres no model number that I could find. The fans say made in China. Good shape. Came with the setup I bought. I need to get a 9watt uv sterilizer bulb.

That's a good fan at that price. I have the same one. It's silent under the stand and dropped my temp by approx 2 degrees. Bottom line is if its not spoken for by the end of the day, I want it. :)
