not recognizing email addy

Trying to setup an account for a friend but it won't accept his email address

Okay, this is the second time that this has happened.

We need to figure out what's going on with the site.

Send me his screen name and email address and I will create an account for him when I get to work. He will have to change his password the first time he logs in, but I can get that started.

Perhaps his first name as well. He can change his user info when he logs in.

Okay ill get it feom him later we did get that far on what he wanted his screen name to be we couldn't get past the email part

Yeah, not sure what the issue is. It may be something to do with the spam guard.

Btw,

If anyone knows of any similar instances where new members can't register, please let me know.

Until we get it figured out I can create the profiles for them. We average about four to five new members a week. It won't be a bother to create the profiles.
