So my aunt gave us her old 75 fw set up and we drilled it to be reef ready. She neglected her tank for a few years. Take my word for it it was bad. We have been begging her for the tank for forever it seems. Well she decided to brake it down eventually and still wouldn't give it to us lol. eventually after it sitting outside for a few months she called us and said come get it. I am posting pics from the time we got it to present.

Day one pic up...

Let me just say man it was hard to clean lol. We let it soak in vinegar water with a powerhead for a few days then I scrapped it clean and scrubbed lots.

Then we drilled it for overflows and drain.

We decided to try adding the foam under the tank this time to see if it has any benefits.

Bulk heads and false wall put in.

First water test since we drilled. We where crossing our fingers. Yay it worked!

Now today adding sand. I wanted black sand but I decided not to spend more money than needed cause I had several pounds of white sand. Ill save the black sand for my 125 :)

Looks great. I'm disappointed I won't be able to "coralsit" your purple nem though... :)

Ok so I got excited and put the water in before I took the pic of the rock scape lol. But here's a pic of the water being added. I hope it looked good when its all filled or I will be changing stuff up a bit.
