So I went from petco today to pick up a few supplies and I saw a fish titled, Captive Bred Springeri Dottyback. I had never heard of this fish, and after making sure it was reef safe I picked it up for 16 bucks. After going home and checking some prices online, it is listed on live-aquaria for 50$ tank raised and 75$ wild caught. Just throwing this out there for those who've been wanting one.

Yes those are cool fish.

PETCO actually does a lot of captive bred ordering and aquaculture from both ORA and SA. They have a bad name by alot of hobbyists but honestly I have been pretty impressed with their efforts to bring in captive bred fish and aquacultured coral.

Sea and Reef and Proaquatix are two others that I know of that breed the Springeri Dottybacks.

This kind of fish:

And Rob, I really think it's hit or miss with the petco's depending on their "aquatic specialist" is. This guy here has been in the hobby for a while and his fish all look fat and healthy.. He said this fish was an ORA Springeri but I have no way to confirm this.
