Feeding options wanted

Ok so I have been reading up on feeding reef tanks. And have seen all different types of opinions.
I want to see what members of maast feed and how they feed.

Fish:
How much?
How often?
What is fed?
How your fish react?
Day or night?

Coral:
How much?
How often?
What is fed?
How coral reacts?
Day or night?

And any other info you want to add would be great. Like tank size and approximate number of fish and or coral.



My tank.
40 breeder
2 small yellow tangs(will be moved to 75 soon)
3 clowns
1 lawnmower blenny
A few small hermits
9 nems (2 tubes 6rbta 1 lta)
17 lps
29 sps
15 dif zoas
17 mushrooms/rics

I feed a pinch of prime reef flakes 8-10 times a day.
The fish and coral catch this quickly.

I feed a mixture of 1/4 tsp coral frenzy with 5 rinsed cubes of brine shrimp with a syringe to coral and fish 2-3 times a week.

The only thing I don't like is I go to other people's homes and see how their fish interact with with when its feeding time an mine don't they hide and wait for me to leave before they come out and eat. :( if you have suggestions that would be awesome. I'm thinkin I need to start feeding once a day or something and make them beg for it lol.

Fish:

naso tang, bristle tooth tang, yellow tang, purple tang, chevron tang, flame angel, diamond goby, tail spot blenny, evans anthia, flame hawkish, 2 clowns, royal gramma, and 2 chromis.

feed:

rods herbivore blend, hikari or similar brine & mysis cubes, bloodworms, cyclopeeze, Rotifers, pe mysis/cyclopeeze, h2o marine fusion, plankton cubes, spectrum pellets, ocean nutrition reef/one/two flakes, and a bunch of other stuff...

When: 3 times a day, mixture of 2 or 3 of above everyday.....

coral:

mixed, rics, shrooms, zoas, LPS, and a few pieces of sps.....


feed:

reef roids, coral frenzy, marine snow, Kent's phyto and zoo plankton, fauna marine LPS pellets....

mostlty feed at night about once or twice a week.
