Regal Tangs Poisionous

I was cut/ stung by my Regal tang upon googling I learned that their barbs have a toxin and you can't eat them their flesh is Poisionous just thought I'd share

what he/she looks like now my poor lil rescue (just thought I'd share the recovery of this regal tang) :) I'm glad I can give it a better life even tho its still in QT and if anyone is wondering how long it's been in my care I've had it since 2 weeks before Easter :)

I found a tank on CL which stated it was a 120 gal so it peaked my interest I texted the guy to meet up and check it out when we arrived it was a 55 gal stocked full of large fish and I woulda took them all but he wanted me to pay 350 for the regal a yellow tang a fox face and a GSM on top with a purple lobster and sea cucumber and various other clean up crew he had a few corals (mushrooms and yumas) so I took the two tangs and the shrooms which were attached to a large rock. He gave me the Regal but I paid for the various corals and the yellow tang and the Kenya tree that was attached to the Yuma rock. He was suppose to text me about the fox face and the wrasse and never did so I hope he found a proper home for them as he is moving back to Cali. But at least I got the tangs out of the 55 where they can swim since it took the yellow ages to figure out there was more to my tank then just the front glass poor fishy's

The regal is finally out of QT and is doing fabulous in the DT even looks amazing in there :)

I am so happy i was able to save her life
