I'm going to taking down the 28g JBJ nanocube. It's the 105w quad cfl hood. The bulb is over a year old but I checked it with the par meter and is still getting great par (150-200) at the sand bed. The moonlights don't work. Not sure if its just the driver or the LEDs. Never looked into it because I didn't bother using them often. It is currently set up. I'm planning on it being down by the end of the weekend. No livestock will be included in this sale other than some razor caulerpa, if your interested. There is no media basket as well. I pulled it and replaced it with chemi pure elite and macro. It has worked really well.
Tank, fuge light and stand - $200
Live rock - $2.50/lb. est. 30lbs or so.
Will make a deal if you take all of it.

I thought you might. My daughter has been driving me up the wall to set up a seahorse tank. She also wants me to set up a 6' diameter circle tank for sharks and rays. Psh! Kids! I say 7'!!

I am still pretty much waiting to get my new small tank. Waiting for the call. After I get it, and talk to the wife of course, I may be in the market to buy your 30lbs of live rock. Will let you know for sure later today or tonight.

how much LR you have left, and how much on the dry live rock, the DRY LR I will more than likely take, depending on price.

I'd estimate 20 or so pounds of LR. Maybe 20 of dry. Dry rock is $2 lb. I'll make you a deal the mor enough buy. This rock is first come first serve.

naw I am good on sand, at least for now. Once I get my 145G fixed and setup, then I will need more sand.
Ok, lets say I bought it all, how much?

I've got 30lbs of LR
23.75lbs of dry rock
19lbs of rubble.
30lbs LR @$2.50 = $75
23.75 DR @$2.00= $47.50
19lbs rubble @$1.00= $19.00
Total 141.50
If you purchased all of it at once, $120

Well, the guy that was suppose to sell to me, contacted me and said he had a better offer. Whether true or not, IDK. So I wont be needing the live rock yet, since know way to keep it live. I will talk with the wife about the DR.
NVM, the guy texted back, guess he was bluffin, so I am going over to get the tank now from him.

That's not a good sign, bro! Get her excited about the hobby and it'll come easier. :)

Oh I am more than sure she will come around once the tank looks good and has some things in there that she likes. It is just the long bumpy road getting there that worries me.
