Has anyone ever has a sea hair stuck on a powerhead? Ours got caught in the power head tonight just for a few seconds before I got to him. His head was tore up pretty bad and now our skimmer is pulling straight purple from the water. I am making new water for a water change right now but I was wondering what y'all think about this and no if there is anything else I should do!

U will be fine. My tank is a 150 and I had a giant blue spot get "involved" with my mp 40. Took me a few days before I figured out what had happened but no Corals seemed to be effected. Skimmer pulled a ton of black slime.

That's why I've never had an apple. They're beautiful but very risky. Sorry to hear about the hare and I hope your tank has a speedy recovery!
